Seulgi's Arcade is designed to collect only the minimum data required to provide its functionality.

## 1. Information Collected
Seulgi's Arcade does **not** collect personal information.

The bot stores only:
- Discord User IDs
- Discord Guild (Server) IDs
- Discord usernames and display names provided by Discord
- Gameplay data such as cards, inventory, currency, statistics, and progression

No sensitive personal information is collected, stored, or processed.

## 2. Use of Data
Stored data is used solely to:
- Provide gameplay functionality
- Maintain inventories and progression
- Enable trading, marketplace, and economy features
- Detect abuse and exploits

## 3. Data Sharing
Seulgi's Arcade does **not** sell, share, or transfer user data to any third party.

## 4. Cross-Server Data Handling
- Discord User IDs and usernames are stored globally for gameplay functionality.
- The same user's data may be available across multiple servers **only if that user is a member of those servers**, allowing consistent inventories and progression.
- User data is never shared with servers that the user is not a member of.
- Server-specific data is never exposed outside its respective server unless required for core gameplay functionality.

## 5. Data Storage and Backups
- User data is stored securely.
- Backups are created every 24 hours for disaster recovery purposes only.
- Backup data is never shared with third parties.

## 6. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only for as long as required to provide gameplay functionality. Users may request deletion of their data, which will permanently remove their game progress.

## 7. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are taken to protect stored data against unauthorized access or loss.

## 8. Children's Privacy
Seulgi's Arcade is intended for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements. No personal information is knowingly collected from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
